Cancellation & Refund Policy – Odrr

Effective Date: 1st April, 2025

Thank you for shopping at Odrr, operated by Singhal Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for retail customers.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team.
  • If the order is not yet shipped:
    • The cancellation will be processed immediately.
    • The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

b. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • You may request a return only if eligible under our Return Policy.

2. Return Eligibility (After Delivery)

You may request a return or replacement only under these conditions:

a. Damaged Product Received

  • Physical damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

b. Wrong Product Delivered

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, with all original accessories and packaging.

c. Defective / Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • If the product is not powering on or is defective out of the box:
    • Report within 3 days of delivery
    • DOA certificate may be required from the brand service center (as per brand policy)

d. Non-Returnable Items

  • Some products cannot be returned once opened:
    • Software, antivirus, digital keys
    • Used or damaged products
    • Accessories without packaging
    • Products damaged due to customer misuse

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after:
    • Product is picked up
    • Quality check (QC) is completed at the warehouse
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
  • In case QC fails, the product will be returned back to you.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only if:
    • The product is DOA
    • The wrong item was delivered
    • Replacement stock is available
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

5. Order Refusal at Delivery

  • If you refuse an order without valid reason:
    • Shipping charges may be deducted from your refund
    • Repeated refusals may lead to account restrictions
