Odrr.in uses an integrated Support Ticket System to ensure every query is tracked and resolved efficiently.

You can raise a ticket for:

  • Order status issues
  • Delivery delays
  • Returns & refunds
  • Warranty or DOA claims
  • Payment or transaction-related queries

Once you raise a ticket:

  • You’ll receive a unique Ticket ID
  • You can track progress anytime
  • Our team usually responds within 24–48 hours
  • Updates are shared via email or SMS

You can create an ODRR Business (B2B) Account in a few simple steps:

Step 1 — Create B2C Account

  • Go to odrr.in
  • Click on Account
  • Enter your mobile number
  • Accept Terms & Conditions
  • Click Send OTP
  • Enter the OTP received on your phone
  • Enter your First Name and Last Name
  • Click Submit

Your ODRR B2C account is now created.

Step 2 — Open Business Registration

  • After login, click the Create Business button next to the account option
  • You will be redirected to the ODRR B2B website (odrr.co.in)

Step 3 — Fill Business Registration Form

  • First Name (auto filled)
  • Last Name (auto filled)
  • Mobile Number (auto filled)
  • Enter your Email ID

Step 4 — Business Details

You have two options:

  • If you have GST number: Enter your GST Number and the system will fetch your business details from the GST portal
  • If you do not have GST: Turn off the GST toggle and enter the business details manually

Step 5 — Upload Legal Document

  • Upload 1 legal document from the list provided on the form

Step 6 — Email Verification

  • Click Submit
  • You will receive an OTP on your email
  • Enter the OTP to verify your email

Step 7 — Accept Terms & Conditions

  • The T&C page will open
  • Scroll the page
  • Click Accept

Step 8 — KYC Review

  • Your registration is now complete
  • You will see KYC Status: In Process
  • Our team will review your account and approve or reject it within 2 business hours
