1. Shipping Coverage
- Odrr ships products across India through trusted courier partners.
- Delivery availability depends on your pin code and courier serviceability.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Processing may take longer during:
- Festival periods
- High-sale events
- Stock transfers
3. Dispatch Timeline
- Once your order is packed and ready, it will be dispatched from the nearest available warehouse.
- You will receive an SMS/email notification once the order is shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 working days
- Remote / ODA Areas: 5–10 working days
Unexpected courier or weather delays may extend the delivery time.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
- Some products may qualify for free shipping under special offers.
6. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner name
- Tracking link
- Tracking information may take a few hours to update after pickup.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If the customer is unavailable:
- The order may return to origin
- Re-delivery charges may apply
- Repeated refusals may lead to account restrictions
8. Accurate Address Required
- Customers must provide complete and accurate address details.
- Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to:
- Delivery delays
- Additional charges
- Order cancellation
9. Damaged or Tampered Package
- If your order arrives damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept the package; reject it and contact customer support within 24 hours.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or missing-item claims.
10. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather disruptions
- Courier issues
- Local restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Festive rush
- However, our team will actively assist in tracking your shipment.
